As the title says, this was my first pair and couldn't be happier. They're comfortable for both short term and long term wear and the quality of the cuffs themselves is great. Fully adjustable as well! Only complaint is that the chain that connects the cuffs could be stronger as it did bend when pulled on forcefully.
