When wide-open isnt wide enough, the Fetish Fantasy Gold Deluxe Spider Gag will get the job done! This luxurious gag consists of a steel ring with four curved metal "legs" attached to the ring. The gag and legs prevent the mouth from closing, leaving your subjects mouth wide open for whatever you wish to put in it. The diameter of the ring measures 1.5-inches, and the gag connects to a leather strap with heavy-duty buckles in the back to keep the gag firmly in place. One size fits most.

This product definitely looks nice and I feel that is one of its main purposes.
It stays on well and its quite comfortable, the band feels a bit cheap but I feel that it takes the back seat when other things are happening in the mouth area ) Overall, I think it's a good product, you can wear it for a long or short period of time.
