It also offers a variety of different-sized heads since of course we’re all made differently. As a Trans guy who’s been on Testosterone for just over 3 years now, the size of my clitoris has grown about four times its original size. I haven’t run into too much trouble around suction toy sizes, but I do know a lot of people who have. One advantage I’ve found from this toy is it helps to prevent your genitals from numbing when you reach the more ‘sensitive points’ of your play session. I’m guessing this is due to the whole ‘no direct contact’ feature, but any toy that can avoid uncomfortable sensitivity is a winner in my books.

On the other end of the spectrum, I even found that applying more pressure and pushing down slightly on the head was good for added suction and better intensity.
