Overall, exceedingly satisfactory experience. Because I had signed up for the (free) newsletter they have offered on their website, I received a coupon via email for a free product, which is always pretty cool. Like with most 'free' items on the web you do still end up paying shipping and handling, but it was just $4.95 - not bad for something that was originally $25, before S&H. I did have an opportunity to interact with customer service due to an issue on my end; they were prompt in response, helpful and courteous, and resolved my problem within 30min of the first email I sent. Being able to pay with PayPal without having an actual PayPal account was super useful, too. I opted for faster delivery, and it actually came 2 days earlier than expected. Would (and do) recommend them to others.

My experience has been astounding. They have a large variety of toys that will suit anyone’s most deepest desirable needs. Their reward system and free giveaways after purchasing some of their products is a very nice plus. Customer support responded fast to my questions answering them fully. But I only wish they had more fantasy toys. Despite that I am very humble to find ATMS and purchase from them. 10/10
