It's a nice looking crop with a well made handle. It has a nice weight in the hand and is comfortable to use. The crop itself lacks integrity. In order to get any sort of sting contact at the base of the crop, where the studs are, is necessary. This could be dangerous for an inexperienced user. I would prefer it had a firmer but still flexible, leather crop. A strip of leather 220mm x 25mm x 5mm folded over and studded in place would be perfect.
