These are pretty good. They are easy to use and do what they say. However, the lip at the bottom tends to dig in to the skin around the nipple and can cause some pain. It is also unfortunate not being able to see through the material to see how much has been pulled in. It is also hard to control and understand how much suction to use so definitely takes some trial and error.
If you are looking for a product like this I would recommend a clear one over this.

We got these to try out for some fun in the bedroom. They do what they say they do, but it is more of a longer term investment (i.e. using it multiple times before noticing significant results). That said, it might just be us but the suction doesn't always hold. Not our worst purchase, but not our favourite either.
Easy to use and to adjust to the pressure you want.
