Good but could be better.

Not very easy to clean.
The vacuum is very strong, chamber cracked under pressure. Haven't had a problem with the replacement yet, thank god for warranty. Customer service was great, very quick to help.
Good product but a few things could be better, just my experience
An interesting learning curve before using the device.
The advertising people use many adjectives expounding the virtues of the device but very little information on the practical things.
A USB cord is provided but no information about where it plugs into the device to charge it. The is a very small sealed, closed [neoprene plug] hole at the top and you force the male pin through that very tight fit.
For your information the "S" button light comes on when it is charging and goes out "later" I think to indicate it is fully charged.
The buttons "R", "S" & "V" don't activate immediately they are pressed try holding them down till you get a response.
The inner sleeve does not appear to be removable so limited washing and drying possible.
Three hard plastic rings [2.5, 3.5 & 4 cm inner diameters] called "Silicone Designer C-rings" [Cock rings] are provided. Too large and stiff too be of any use for an average person. Perhaps the large one could be used on a pony stallion!
