When I first got this, it looked big, I didn't think it'd be using it for a while, it was a bit intimidating. After some stretching with smaller toys I was slowly able to get it in, with a bit of a stretch. Getting over the head was manageable, once on the shaft, that's where the fun started. Wow! The leg muscles quivered with this shaft. I like the flexibility of the material, the 'real feel', and the veins are a cool touch. The suction cup on the bottom is really good, and it allows the dildo to flex up, down and side to side easily. The one drawback of this Dildo for me is the smell of the PVC material.
