This is great fun. If this appeals to you, you won't be disappointed. You use the included hex key to split the ring. I recommend using a small rubber ring eg cock ring around the scrotum to make it much easier to put it together without pinching. Easy to use and _very_ fun if you want to take the next step in CBT.
