It did even more and better than I'd hoped. It felt amazing to use and worked really well. I'd give this a 10/10.
One of the best Enema products you can buy.
Pretty straight forward to use of just unscrewing your shower head and then screwing this on.
Comes with 3 different attachments to choose from on the insertion end as well so can pick & choose how you want the water to come out and how you want it to feel on insertion which is nice.
There's a learning curve.
It's a bit harder to use than a bulb douche but does things that a bulb douche can't (deep cleaning) so still worth getting. Price is amazing and very good value for money.
Regular head is most useful, additions unnecessary.
