Very hard outer, no flex.
Great size, both girth and length.
Would buy again.
Would not recommend as a first big you. Its made with such hard rigid plastic that has zero give & the head is not tapered to allow for easier insertion. Ended up chucking it out & buying something girthier but made from soft material, much more satisfying.
Despite reading the measurements and the previous reviews, I underestimated how enormous this thing is. The material is very firm and the hard ridge on the edge of the head is somewhat uncomfortable. It will take time for me to be able to use this properly.
Amazing value! Cant wait to use it!.

Wow! This toy is the size of my arm and id say about 3" in diameter, cannot wait to stuff my ass with this beast!

WOW is almost all i can say, i was expecting big but um yeah its huge, but definitely a challenge i am looking forward to
this thing is big but the material its made of is super rigid, it does have some but minimal play
i wouldnt recommend as a first large toy purchase. but for those who demand it big its worth a play
