The glans are detailed and pronounced so it pushes lips apart and creates a nice suction inside the vulva. It stays nicely on its suction cup base and can stick to walls pretty easily, unlike the huge ones. From balls to tip it is 17cm/6.5in and it is 12.5cm/5in diameter. The product listing says it's silicone but it feels similar to TPE so I'm not too sure. I might have to do a material test on it. I like it.
