10/10 upgrade it's way better than the plastic one I had, you can really feel the stretch with this one :) Note for anyone thinking of getting one regarding gains, they will only come through consistency, So be super consistent and stick to a routine/minimum number of hours each day/week and results will follow. Don't push it though, Start low and work up to the max tension. All i can say is be careful and results will take time, they don't come overnight.
