Way too tight and clumsy.
I'm an incredibly average 5" and this thing is super tight and wants to pop off, by the time you cut it down so your head's exposed, it pretty small and just looks wrong (and feels worse) threw it in the bin. Overly expensive for what it is too.
If you want to please your lover by adding some size, I'd highly recommend the 2" perfect extension (same brand as this) I first off bought the 3" mega extension as my girl loves size and girth but it was a bit too much (created a vacume) hard to get good strokes.
Way too small for me but still totally worth it..
I'm giving it 4 stars because, while it is much to thin to fit on anything but a very thin penis, after 20 minutes of struggling and finally getting it in place, I managed to shoot it 5.7 metres across the room (a new record in our household). Interestingly, I had already secured the convenient ball strap around my testicles before I released my grip on the shaft, which provided an intense, but not totally unwelcome, burst of sensation as the missile began it's staggering flight.
I would rate this 5 stars for someone with a thinner penis looking for more girth as the quality does seem really good, but sadly, despite travelling a truly awesome distance for a self propelled sex toy, the sleeve failed to hit anything humorous.
