Well, it definitely gets things tingly, but it's astonishingly expensive for what it does. You get the same sensation if you rub one out after cutting chili peppers for dinner (not that I recommend that, as intensity varies and holy hell it's a bad idea if you're sensitive). I'm sure many will love it, but I think Trojan does a "warming gel" that has a similar effect.
