Make sure you read the description because I nearly thought this was a pussy pump and was confused by the size of the head when it arrived! While it can be a little difficult to get the right angle or position, once it's in place the suction can be very powerful. The vibration is about what you'd expect for a toy of this size and quality - not overly strong but you can definitely feel it, especially once you've used the pump. Only concern I have is that the batteries are little uncommon ones, so replacing them could be a pain in the future.
