So the harness design is great except for the fact that the traps are all to short. I'm a size 16 and could only for the waist strap. The leg straps were all to short. Disappointed that with a strap on harness the manufacturer would decide to save money on the what is probably the cheapest part but most important. So I will have to add length to the straps so it can fit properly other than the product is a good design. I would recommend this product to others because it's awesome for a 1st time use
