So far I'm loving it, only been using for just over a week so can't comment yet on permanent results but it definitely works straight away and last about 12 hours. Only thing I would suggest to others wanting to buy is to go a size up on what you want, I'm by no means girthy but after a few pumps it can get really tight in there

Haven't used it as much as reccomend. But not convinced this works. Doesn't easily keep suction and get annoying to hold.
Been using as per instructions for 2.5 months. Have had big gains directly after pumping going from 155mm to190mm in length and with a girth I can't close my hand around. Perminant results not so dramatic (after not pumping for two weeks over Xmas. I have gained 7mm length and 4mm diameter/width erect
easy to use, great value.
i was turned on to the 'bathmate x30' by the guy at my local adult store, he raved about the product. however at nearly $250 I thought it was to exey. I got it here for $100 less, great value. I used my 'bathmate x30' for the first time, it was easy to use and comfortable. I had better results with this after one use than with other pumps I have tried. i will keep results posted
Only used a few times so not sure about lasting effect but seems great and works fine without water
