The penis pump I used was made from durable, high-quality materials, including a clear plastic cylinder but no silicone seal. The transparent cylinder allowed for easy monitoring of progress, while the sturdy construction ensured reliability and longevity. The pump mechanism was smooth and efficient, allowing for precise control over the level of pressure. It also a big bonus that the pipe can be removed without losing vacuum. big enough to fit everything and affect is very noticeable
