I am reasonably happy with this product. I am very pleased that ATMS sells anal douches that aren't super expensive. This douche works pretty well. The nozzle is easily detachable. Slightly difficult to clean or dry the inside of it once used. The douche does clean out the anal area however it can be a bit difficult to get all the water out of douche and into the anus, even when the douche is squeezed really hard. However it has been very useful to me and has definitely kept that area nice and clean.
