The KinK Steel and Clear Cum Through Catheter is a long flexible urethral sound with a stainless steel handle and a clear silicone shaft. The smooth steel tip guides insertion, while the flexible body allows deeper play than a rigid sound. The hollow shaft lets fluids pass through freely, so removal is not required at climax.
Apply a generous coat of water-based lubricant to both the catheter and the urethral opening before play. Insert the tip slowly and only to a comfortable depth. Never force. Sterilise before and after each use.
