Honestly, the build quality of this cock ring is good, it is just really, really hard to stretch. I thought it was just me since I hadn't used cock rings before, but when I got it on it acted more like a tourniquet than anything. So I took it off never to be used again.
My girth is around average/slightly above average though, so maybe it'll work for someone who is below average.
The packaging is also alright, can't fault it there.
