This product does very well and offers good suction but also (and maybe because it is on the cheaper side) has the coincidental benefit of having a quick release unlike other sucker clamps that has a better seal. As a guy it's doesn't pull yr nipples as hard, but what we did was use my Japanese clover nipple clamps, which I love, then after using them, for about 20mins, takes them off and puts the nipple suckers on when they are sensitive as brings them to attention and nice and hard, love the feel, then removes them and teases them in all other ways and means
