I don't recommend this as a 1st toy for anyone, go for something easier to use as a first toy. there is a learning curve with placement and function, which is highly frustrating when you have five minutes to whack one out before people turn up. however, once mastered it is orgasm galore and they are the intense ones too.

This toy literally paralyses me but not in a good way. I find I have the shortest orgasms ever that happen within like 10 seconds of using it and if I try and keep going my body Convulses like I’m possessed and kind of paralyses me and it just feels way too intense and not pleasurable at all. Also The first 2 settings are super slow then the 3rd setting is all of a sudden way faster like there should be a setting between them. So disappointed tbh
Whisper mode is non-existent.
I read all the glowing rewiews for this product on the site so decided to go ahead and buy it as a first toy - Particularly drawn to its promises of a whisper mode. Even when in proper skin contact its SO LOUD - just the buzzing and worrying alone is enough to put me off using it. underwater it may be more muted but to actually get any pleasure you need to have it at level 3 (IMO) any higher and it sounds like a jet plane getting ready to take off. The actual use of the toy was fine - It worked I guess but it wasnt phenomenal. Dissappointed its the type of product i cant refund bc I cant see myself using this often and it was a waste - If you say it has a whisper mode it should at least be quiet!

As a trans guy on T, i was worried the head would be too small for me.
But its got a great amount of suction, so it didnt seem to matter. I did get the extra head sizes also, of which the bigger one did feel nicer even on a lower setting.
