So, just using externally and nothing internally, nothing insane. Just a nice, easy orgasm, about the same achievability as a normal bullet, and about the same intensity. However I will say that when used in proportion, for example externally while also something quite intense going on internally (like a particularly large dildo), I've found that this is more suitable because of the more intense levels. However something smaller internally would be more suited to a bullet externally. Comparing this to a normal vibrator, I'd say the sensation is definitely different and interesting, and if you're looking for something new and relatively cheap to try out, I'd recommend.
