Just over a year ago I unfortunately had surgery for penile cancer that remove the sensitive glans at the tip. This is a great product and does exactly what's intended. The only thing you really need to know is that it is VERY loud. This is for not a product that can be used discreetly. It would best suit someone who lives alone or those who don't give a hoot whether anyone else knows what your up to...... As they will definately hear it no matter which part of the house they are in.

It has a lot of different vibration settings, personally I've only used the first one but its nice to have variety. Its not too noisy either but it sounds like you are brushing your teeth for a while.... The sensation feels great and you can build a really intense orgasm if you take your time, use a good amount of water based lube and you can't go wrong.
