Thought they'd be heavier so not as useful for exercise, good for play.
I do a lot of yoga etc and these little beauties are perfect to slip in to help tighten the pelvic muscles, and it’s definitely helping me have more powerful orgasms! Great value, price, plus the Satisfyer brand is gorgeous! :)

These balls are silky smooth to the touch. They slide in easily with a good water based lubricant and feel amazing inside they are great for pelvic floor exercises. Definitely recommend this product, I have been using them every other day since I have received them!
Perfect for training your pelvic floor muscles. Easy to use and comfortable to wear. Also comes with pictures of some exercises to try.
I have used two out of three and they are definitely a training set. The first weight was really easy to hold in but the second one turned out much harder. The material is pleasant and the product comes across as a quality product, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to use. Overall, if you are after training you muscles, I would recommend it.
