Being new to the world of prostate massage, no regrets about going for Progasm Ice whatsoever. I thought this thing would have been intimidating but it wasn't. I coated it up with coconut oil, did some breathing exercises, and used the 'scoop' method with great success (check Aneros Forums for details). Certainly produces some yummy sensations. I fell asleep with it inside me and woke a few hours later with no pains or adverse effects. The coconut oil works a treat. Quick and easy cleaning too. Soap and water with a spray of toy cleaner etc. I can thoroughly recommend the Progasm Ice as a weapon of prostate seduction. The P Tab sits comfortably on the perineum and the K Tab sends interesting pleasant sensations up your spine during a contraction. Looking forward to seeing where this Aneros journey takes me, but so far so very good )
