They entertain, they educate and they help me fall asleep. Podcasts are the best and you can find one about almost anything now. And, that means that there are lots about sex! Which we love. Some of these podcasts are laugh out loud funny, some are thought-provoking and some are literally the sex ed I wish I had in school. No matter what you are into, there will be a podcast for you.

A kiwi classic! Bang! is a Radio New Zealand podcast hosted by Melody Thomas that covers sex, sexuality and relationships over a lifetime. So far there are three seasons of frank conversations about everything sex. Whether it's teenage sex, getting pregnant, blind dates or polyamory - this podcast covers it with expert interviews and interesting points of view.

The Sexually liberated Woman is a podcast by sexuality doula and sex educator Ev'Yan Witney that encourages erotic empowerment and becoming sexually empowered. This podcast is an extension of the conversations that Ev'Yan was having with her clients about their sexual liberation journeys. This podcast will help you step out of shame, fear and trauma.

My Dad Wrote a Porno features three friends reading and discussing the erotic fiction e-book Belinda Blinked... that happens to be the work of one of the hosts dads. This podcast has had me in tears many times from laughing so hard. While it is a sex podcast, this is definitely not sex ed!
